Mr A.K.S. Gaur

I am honoured and feel very privileged to be the Principal of Government Polytechnic Nainital. Government Polytechnic Nainital has an outstanding reputation for establishing high expectations and achieving excellent academic results. Talents too are constantly developed through sports and varied co-curricular activities. While academic excellence is our major thrust, the College is also devoted to prepare the students for life, groom them to face the challenges of tomorrow, and encourage them to be socially relevant. We constantly endeavor to always live up to this ideology and inculcate this into everything we do, with the aim that we will be able to ensure that the students grow to their full potential, while constantly being groomed to pass out as men and women competent to bear responsibility in all walks of life.
